By accessing or using the Munitron platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, employees, and any other individuals who access the platform.
2. Description of Services
Munitron provides an AI-powered security awareness and phishing simulation platform. Our services include, but are not limited to: phishing campaign management, security awareness training programs, threat intelligence monitoring, OSINT-based company profiling, employee risk scoring, and compliance reporting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using Munitron, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Organizations using our platform must ensure that authorized personnel manage their accounts.
4. Account Registration & Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Munitron immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Munitron only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Phishing simulations and security testing must only be conducted against employees and systems within your own organization or with explicit written authorization. You may not use our platform to conduct unauthorized attacks, harvest credentials for malicious purposes, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
6. Payment & Subscription
Access to Munitron is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are due in accordance with the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change, with reasonable notice provided for future billing cycles. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.
7. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period. For annual plans, refund requests made within the first 14 days of the initial subscription may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@munitron.com for refund inquiries.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Munitron platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and training materials, are the exclusive property of Munitron and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data, including employee information, campaign configurations, and training content you create using our platform.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of Munitron is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant frameworks.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munitron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Munitron in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Munitron platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While our phishing simulations and training are designed to improve security awareness, we do not guarantee that they will prevent all security incidents.
12. Termination
Munitron reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms, harmful conduct, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. You may export your data prior to account termination, subject to applicable retention requirements.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Munitron after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
